How do | find my driver?

We offer two options for airport service. Please choose one of the following options. 1)Baggage claim. The driver will arrive at baggage claim holding a sign with the clients name. This service is free 2)Curb side. The driver will pick you up curb side outside of the baggage claim area. Please call : 888-982-5277 as soon as you touch down from inside the plane, And then after you claim your luggage your driver will meet you promptly at the curb side. This is the fastest and easiest option for the client .It only takes two phone calls and no waiting time.

When will you charge my credit card?

We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit card information is taken at the time of reservation only as a security deposit. You will need to present the same card to the driver for manual imprint. Prepayments can be arranged online or by phone.

Will I be charged for waiting time?

There is no charge for waiting time on airport service. Our operators check all clients flight status for delays or early arrivals. Unless it's international flight $15 extra charge apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 12 hours by phone.

What is your service guarantee?

After you have received your reservation confirmation from us your car is guarantee to be waiting for you upon arrival. Online reservations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance of the pickup time with a valid credit card.

What are your hourly rates?

Hourly rates vary so please give us a call for a quote. There is a 4 hour minimum to all hourly bookings.

What kinds of cars do you drive?

All of our cars are 2005 - 2007 full size luxury sedans that carry 1 - 4 passengers, such as Lincoln Towncars and SUV Yukon GMC 1-7 passengers.

Does your rate include a gratuity for the driver?

No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the driver. Trips made after midnight and before 4:00 am are subject to a $10.00 surcharge.

Are your rates per person or per car?

Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers.

Cancellation fee?

After confirming your reservation you have 24 hours before pick up to cancel. If reservation is never cancel and driver show up at the requested date and time you will be charge the full amount previously agreed.
